Feb 25 - Mar 1

Monday:  Another snow day.  Wow!  That storm turned out to be disappointing didn't it.  I am guessing the administrators will not call off school quite so quickly next time.

As far as the rest of the week goes. . . we will be flexible.
This is simply a rough outline of what the week will entail.

7th grade:  We will be having a test over area sometime soon.  It would be nice to have it this friday but we will see how that goes.

8th grade:  We will continue with statistics.  We are done with Mean, Median, Mode and Range and will continue with different ways to organize data.  This will include line plots, scatter grams and figuring a line of best fit.

Algebra:  We will pick up where we left off with Chapter 10.  Read lessons 10/1 and 10/2 to refresh what we have already learned. 

Feb 11 - Feb 15

7th grade:
Mon:  Scale Drawings worksheet
Tue:  Perimeter worksheet
Wed:  Area of squares and rectangles worksheet
Thur:  Area of parallelograms
Fri:  Area of Triangles
(6th grade students will be shadowing some 7th grade students Tuesday - Friday)

8th grade:
Mon:  x / understanding worksheet
Tue:  Review worksheet
Wed:  review activity
Thur:  Test
Fri:  TBA
8th graders will shadow at BHS Tues, Wed or Friday

Algebra:
Mon: State Assessment Review
Tue:  Pythagorean Theorem
Wed:  State Assessment Review
Thur:  10/1:  6 graphs
Fri: Graphing on the computers
